For this drink, you’ll need:
- 3 parts Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
- 2 parts barrel-aged Aperol (age 34 oz in a 1 L barrel for at least 2 weeks)
- 2 parts club soda or blood orange soda
- orange slices for garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Add Prosecco, barrel-aged Aperol and soda. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a slice of orange.
