Mocha Peppermint Cocktail
Grab a 1L barrel and age 1L of vodka for a minimum of 2 weeks.
You’ll also need:
- 2 Bigelow peppermint herbal tea bags
- 1 Bigelow green tea bag
- 2 oz. RumChata (or a creamer substitute)
- honey or chocolate syrup, for rimming glasses
- crushed peppermint candy/candy canes
Rim some martini/coupe glasses by dipping them into honey or chocolate syrup, then dip into the crushed candy.
Empty your barrel-aged vodka into a decanter and add the tea bags. Infuse for 20-30 minutes. Grab a shaker and fill it with ice, then add your vodka (about 1 oz) and RumChata. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glasses.
