Rudolph the Red-Nosed Mule
Still have some barrel-aged peppermint vodka left over from our Mocha Peppermint cocktail? If not, grab your 1L barrel and age 1L of vodka for at least 2 weeks, Empty into a decanter, add 2 Bigelow peppermint herbal tea bags and 1 green tea bag and infuse for 20-30 minutes.
For this drink, you’ll need:
- 2 oz of aged peppermint vodka
- 2 oz of white cranberry juice
- Top with ginger beer
- Pomegranate seeds, rosemary sprig for garnishing
Pour vodka and cranberry juice into a mug. Add ice cubes and top it up with ginger beer. Give it a stir before garnishing with pomegranate seeds and a rosemary sprig.
