Each one comes with a stand, bung (cork), spigot and handling directions to help you get started on aging your perfect blend at home.
Note: Each barrel needs to be cured before use.
Smaller-sized barrels like the 2 L Urban Barrel have a higher spirit-to-surface ratio, which gives you a bold smoky flavour in less time. To avoid over-oaking, go ahead and sample your batch as it ages (we know you want to). Just be sure to leave enough for your special batch to develop the smoothly aged flavour you’ve been craving.
