During this 90-minute class, you’ll be sampling some cocktails and spirits that have been barrel-aged to perfection. You’ll also get step-by-step instructions on how to mix a Seven-Year Itch (rum-based cocktail), a barrel aged SapSucker Whisky cocktail and a barrel-aged Breeze of the Port.
Each attendee receives a recipe booklet, prep-and-care instructions, a How to Age Your Spirits guide and a 1L oak aging barrel to continue the barrel aged cocktail experience at home.
